I went in to make a return without a receipt, but was told they don't do returns without receipt. I asked if he could pull it up by my phone number and was told no. I then went to purchase some items and the employee came and told me that I couldn't have my return items in the store. I returned to the car and put my return items into my car and returned back in to do some shopping. I was followed around while shopping and was told he was calling the police. So i purchased what I needed and the employee wouldn't take my phone number to receive xtra bucks and was so rude. Will not return
Apparently the folks here need to be taught how to read a clock. I was just there at 7:30 and they closed the door in my face and said we are closed when they clearly are open until 8.... The manager or at least I guess it was because he was the guy that had the keys said I could see you looking at that sign. The sign that clearly says closes at 8PM 🙄
Worst place EVER. I went in today and had a huge gash on my ear.., I need bandaids, Kleenex and cotton balls and a couple of other cleaning solutions. I went to the PHARMACY because the two working ( I mean sitting in chairs laughing and cutting up , not even acknowledging I came into the store well it might has inconvenienced them . There in the pharmacy was a male pharmacist and a female helper. Well needless to say the female helper didn't HELP. I asked the female to help and she said three times "just a minute" but wasn't actually doing ANYTHING.She couldn't even tell me where tissues were and then as I dripped blood on my shirt, well she seemed to get slower.... took her over 11 minutes to ring me up. Well as I ruined my shirt from blood and dripped blood on my jeans i hope no one is having any MAJOR problems or in a hurry or wants any type of CUSTOMER SERVICE at this nasty unorganized lazy employed establishment. Thanks for nothing!!!!!!!!!
I have only talked to one nice person here and that was over the phone! Everyone is rude, I had to visit another cvs that was 24 hours and the man was so nice it was 2am my baby was sick in that moment i said i would never go back to the one on 1st ave N!!!!!!
This place is so slow when it comes to ordering medication. I dropped off 4 prescriptions in December and it's taking them a month to order the medicine. Everytime I call they say their ordering it. Then the wait time it takes them to answer the phone.
