This is the second time I have been in this theatre. An iconic venue to watch your favorite musical artist up close and personal. I don’t think there is a bad seat but there are some really good ones to choose from. Had the privilege of seeing Casting Crowns 20th anniversary tour with a string orchestra accompanying them. I previously was able to see Casting Crowns at the Greensboro Coliseum in NC, but needed binoculars to even see the stage. Here was a whole different story and a much better experience. I am looking forward to my next concert event at the Alabama Theatre.

Wonderful theatre!!! Great for concerts, movies, plays, dance performances, orchestras, and anything else that you can imagine. Awesome acoustics, seating, concessions, lighting and atmosphere, not to mention the history. Everyone should see the Alabama Theatre, at least once in their lifetime.

Amazing night at the Alabama Theater! We celebrated a family member’s birthday and saw “Christmas Vacation”. It was so good and we got to meet organist Gary Jones after the movie and visit with him a little. Everyone was so nice and friendly and accommodating! It was a general admission show but we all had the Christmas spirit and were patient with each other and the occasional crying baby and the lines for concessions. One of the most fun holiday experiences we’ve had in years!

♿️ This was my first time inside and it was for a rock show. It is gorgeous from the chandeliers and ceilings to the walls, even the bathrooms. So full of history and this is a beautiful theater. In the lobby they have a small cabinet with different Vulcan souvenirs that have been made throughout the years and just things from the time period that have been donated. The attention to detail is immaculate. Next chance I get I will definitely return. There is a handicap bathroom on the main floor. Your wheelchair will fit just fine throughout the lobby, but you may have to sit in the back, as it is all downhill getting to the seats. But, it is worth it to see this historic theater brought back to life. There are the regular restrooms down a flight of stairs. It has a huge waiting, primping area before going inside the actual restrooms. There is a bar with a few of their speciality drinks. Lines were not that long and service was pretty quick. Wonderful experience.

Great experience every time I go! AL Theatre has comfortable seats and nice bathrooms. Concession menu could approve. However, the Ledisi Concert was amazing!
