Wish I had read the reviews AND the fine print before booking. My final bill was more than doubled because the driver waited on my delayed flight on Cape Air. I was told it was company policy not to track flights (I was asked what flight I was arriving on). I felt quite taken advantage of. The owner said they turned away business that day to wait on me. That reason didn't hold water because they were making money on me standing still. Shame on them, and now I am the wiser. There are other transportation options on Nantucket. Use them.
Be careful of a deceptive practice. I was quoted an "estimate", service was fine with no out of the ordinary circumstances. When the actual bill came it was twice the quoted estimate, without explanation. Owner was un-responsive to repeated emails and phone calls. Next time I will ese a taxi, they are much more reasonable.
Was just yelled obscenities by a Cranberry driver after he almost backed into me and I asked him to give me a second to get out of his way. Sadly un-island like. There are other, more friendly options here. Choose them.
This transport company sucks and is deceptive with their estimates.
