Odd location. Breakfast was not very good and I tossed the rest of it (I do not generally throw out food). Staff were completely checked out. Entire building smelled like urine. Some of the staff were just plain rude. Stayed in an accessible room but the bathroom portion alone was bizarre and almost fell several times in the tub. Perhaps install tub doors if you want to make it actually accessible. Restaurant was closed because of staffing shortage. Generally somewhat run down. Will not stay again.
The front desk staff here all deserve a raise! Seriously so kind and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfy, and the location is really convenient for early or late flights.
My stay here was OKAY the room was big and had 2 TVs, the hot tub was rather small the pool was cold, there was a ton of old people here I felt like I didint fit in, the breakfast was good lots of options but they ran out of syrup before my dad could get some I didn't like the coffee. And for some reason there was a lemon so I ate it, the hotel was very fancy and made me feel royal but the hotel is not much to get exsited about it's not much different from any other hotel the pull out bed was so squeaky, but I slept great. 3 stars
Spent one night here due to its proximity to the airport and shuttle service. Would have been a 5 star rating, but I had someone walk into my room with their own key as the front desk marked the room wrong and double booked my room. Hotel restaurant was pretty good. Room was clean and in good shape. Bathroom is super small and not easy to use for someone pushing 6 foot.
I use a wheelchair and was told multiple times by the hotel that they offered wheelchair-accessible shuttle service from the airport, and this is also listed on the Expedia accessibility information. It was only when I got to the airport after a long day of travel that the hotel informed me that they did not provide that service. I had to book another hotel at the last minute. Do not book if you need accessible transportation from the airport!
