Well laid out/organized. Quick to get through all lines. Easy to get public transit to/from. Helpful employees. Lots to do/see/places to eat or shop while waiting for your flight. Lots of seating. Funny signs during construction

First time landing in this airport. From the plane to the exit with a stop in the bathroom I was put within 15 minutes. Pretty fast exit. Clean and neat. They have these amazing chairs with footrest that are comfy that I passed on the way where you can see planes take off and land as well as catch a good nap. If you have time definitely check out the rose garden in Portland. I was here a few years back and it’s absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. Enjoy your stay.

April 2024 4* Visited Portland to attend the conference and took flight from Chicago. Arrival ———— Arrival was smooth and plane was docked to aerobridge quickly. There are not many shops at the airport. However the best part is that airport is connected with TriMet rail line so you can take light rail to go to the city. You can pay by your credit or debit card directly. If you want to take Uber, you needs to go to parking area. Departure —————- I reached airport by train and it was very smooth. There are not many shop in the departure area. The lounge is closed by 9 pm and airport was very empty during night time as there are very few flight. Washrooms are clean and accessible.

It's funny how everytime I fly out of this airport and come into a new city, their airports (especially on the east coast). Are horrible. Portland's terminals are just so open and bring in all the light. Theres nothing quite like it. The carpet too... I'm excited for when they open up the first part of the new main terminal. Its gonna be amazing. One thing on parking is: 1. It's expensive 2. Just do long term and not short term. 3. You can also just take the tram👌 Overall great airport👍

Small enough airport. Never had to walk too far, it is under construction so that part was a little inconvenient but flown out of here a few times, definitely recommend and will use again.
