Stopped for a meal while waiting for our flight. They were busy but we were seated within 5 minutes. Our waitress took our orders almost immediately which was nice. After ordering we waited about 30 minutes before anything happened. The waitress apologized for the time it was taking. She brought out our drinks. My son’s chicken fingers plate was so disappointing. It was stringy and dry. The fries were outrageous. Lack of care and complete disregard for the customer service . They were old and cold. Same problem with the onion rings. Cold, lack of flavor, mishandled, just no care in preparation. Batter was greasy and stale. It had no character. The rest of our order for some reason was missing. By the time they realized it was not prepared we had to leave. The plus to this place are the views. Definitely beautiful if you are sitting at the right table. Maybe we caught them on an off day. We just needed a lot more effort on the food.

Gluten free buns for your burgers. For a restaurant at an airport it actually was pretty good. Grass fed bison and beed burgers. Service was great and you can't beat the views!

The food, generally on par with typical airport fare, presented a hiccup with the overcooked burgers, detracting from an otherwise satisfactory meal. The menu variety and flavors were commendable for an airport establishment. In terms of service, there was a noticeable contrast among staff members. My waitress provided attentive and friendly service, enhancing the overall dining experience. However, not all members of the staff demonstrated the same level of warmth and friendliness. It would be beneficial for the restaurant to ensure consistent customer service throughout. The ambiance was comfortable, considering the bustling airport environment. The restaurant's Mountain View’s, layout and decor contributed to a relaxed atmosphere, making it a suitable place for a quick meal or a more leisurely dining experience. Despite the minor hiccups, the Copper Horse remains a reasonable option for those seeking a meal within the airport confines.

I enjoyed the food but there was a hair in my Philly sandwich. It was very disgusting but the server was very apologetic and made a brand new sandwich for me with no hair lol

Burger was small and kinda dry. I was asked how I wanted it cooked and requested medium, which...did not occur. Just don't offer if it can't be done, hah. 3 stars considering it's airport food, but would've been 2 stars elsewhere. Waitstaff seemed overworked but managed to be outstanding regardless. Absolutely amazing view.
