This location is clean, comfortable and quiet. Located to everything the area has to offer and if you wanted to walk for some shopping or food you're just across the street. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool is well maintained and clean. The beds are comfortable and pillows are nice also with options for firmer or softer. I have zero complaints after staying for 5 weeks on business trip. I will be back to stay and visit the area being that I really enjoyed my time here in Lassen County.

Very good place. Rooms were large and comfortable, there was a big TV in our room, we were enjoying our XBOX. A plenty of good cafes and restaurants in 2-5 minutes walking. The gym was very good -a lot of equipment, everything you need for training. Recommend!

There was hair all over our bathroom and on the comforter and pillow when we checked into our room. The desk person said he would come look at it; when he did he offered to clean it but did not offer to compensate us.. the kid would have to check with the manager.. makes me think what else dirty is in our room… do not stay here … ever!!!! Regardless , we should not have to pay for staying in a room that was not clean prior to us checking in. We are on a 10 day road trip. And this is the only hotel so far that had long black hair all over the place… please check your rooms prior to bringing your bags- I hope there are no bed bugs on the bed with no hair on it! There are two queen beds in the room we have - other hotels are booked up… who knows what the rust colored dots are. They were on the sheet of one of the two queen beds…

The room was nice and very clean. Strangely there were no towel racks in the bathroom. Lighting left dark areas. Seating was comfortable and the desk was well situated. When my husband mentioned the lack of safety bars in the shower he was told to request an ADA ( handicapped) room.
