Collier Drug-Dickson
What people are saying
This place is way more than a pharmacy. In addition to a large selection of over-the-counter medications, they offer many different kinds of gifts, toiletries, candles, carry-alls, beverages, greeting cards, knee supports, compression stockings, and much more. This location in Fayetteville has a large free parking lot, and I did not wait to check out. The staff was also friendly and helpful!
I had such a great recent experience visiting Collier Drug! The pharmacist, Lillie, was very informative, ensuring that I received the best customer service, as well as a painless vaccine. The environment was also very family friendly, and the staff overall was very kind!
Staff is very ill informed.... I called to check availability of a medication on Monday and was told that it WAS in stock to expect the medication to be ready Wednesday(today). When I called to verify that my medication was ready, I was told that they put my order on hold due to an established patient who gets the same medication was filled over mine. Even though my medication was sent BEFORE and confirmed before this patients refill was sent in. Instead of informing me of this yesterday, or even Monday, I was told today WHEN I called to check the status. The staff does not communicate well with other staff or to their patients. I am new to Collier-Drug Pharmacy, but I know that I have never had an experience like this before. Now I know that if I call anywhere I will ALWAYS ask the name of the person I talk to because they will tell you that you lied about ever talking to someone if you don't get a name. I would give 0 stars if I could, but I have to give a star to leave a review. If you are a new patient looking for a pharmacy DO NOT go here. Go to Walmart on Garland or anywhere else other than here!
My first experience with them was pretty pleasant, but yesterday was awful. I stopped by at the end of my lunch to pick up my prescription, and they let me know it'd be 20min. I told them I had to return to work but asked if my fiance could swing back by and pick it up, and they told me he could. He went by after dropping me off at work, and the girl told him they hadn't put it in because she thought he'd be back later on. He asked to have it filled, and she told him it'd be ready in another 20 min. He told her he'd run home and then pick it up on his way in to work once it was ready. He came back to pick it up, and she told him it'd be *another* 20 min, and he didn't have the time to wait as he thought it'd be ready by then. So I stopped by after work to be told yet again, they were working on it and it wasn't ready. I waited about 10-15min only to be told they didn't even have the medication in stock and I needed to come back the next day. He picked it up finally today after yesterday's run around, and he told me he felt like the woman at the counter had been a little rude. Edited to add recent experiences: I've been using the online system, and it's easy to use and makes the process so much easier.
Such a wonderful store and pharmacy! They are always very helpful and courteous. One of the best pharmacies in Northwest Arkansas!
