Club Quarters Hotel Central Loop, Chicago
What people are saying
I recently stayed here and had a great experience. I arrived late at night and was greeted by the friendly and accommodating staff, which made my check-in process smooth and hassle-free. One of the convenient features of this hotel is the dedicated table in the lobby for takeout deliveries, ensuring privacy and ease for guests ordering food. While I didn't get a chance to check out the bar, which requires a key for access, I appreciated knowing it was there for future visits. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable and welcoming environment. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!
Love it ! The staff are good, nice, professional. The hotel location is perfect, close of many bus stop and train station room. I even walk a lot to some place, it's really walkable thanks to the location. And i felt safe in this area. The room is pretty great. Just found little dust on the bedside table and the stuff on it. And 2-3 little stuff under the bed. But otherwise I won't complain. The bed was so comfortable. Really happy of my stay, i will come back here next time !
The location of this hotel can't be beat. The view from our king bed hotel room overlooked the Chicago River. This was a treat during the day AND at night. Upon arrival, the staff was incredibly friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. The rooms were clean and fresh. There is an open area on the 2nd floor where you can grab a complimentary coffee or espresso from the machine or sit to visit with friends. During our visit, I had a small fall while exploring Chicago. When I arrived at the hotel with a limp in my step, the staff was quick to ask if I needed medical attention. When I declined, they offered up the location of the ice machine if I needed a cold compress. The hotel was beautifully historic on the main floor and we certainly appreciated the water bottle filling station that was located very close to our room. We look forward to staying here once more if we pass through Chicago in the future.
This hotel was fantastic! The staff was great, it was a very welcoming vibe after long days of sight seeing. I was a solo traveler and felt safe even when arriving late at night. The entrance is well lit, there was a security guard that I noticed at least one night and there were always guests hanging out in the lobby or pub, and staff behind the desk. The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable. The internet was fast and stable, a must since I had nightly zooms I had to jump on. The complimentary water was a big perk. I seriously have no complaints, everything was perfect. Hotel was very peaceful never heard neighbors beyond an occasional closing door. You can’t beat the location, in the heart of the Loop and within walking distance to several great restaurants. Plenty of public transportation within a couple of minutes.
I had a pretty good stay at Club Quarters. This isn’t a super luxurious hotel but it is comfortable and in a great location, about 2-3 corners away from the Willis Tower and walking distance from a few attractions the city has to offer. I booked a standard room which was a bit small for my liking. I drove in all the way from New Jersey so I was exhausted and wanted a more comfortable and bigger space. Also the room wasn’t cleaned and there was trash in the bathroom, also very dusty. I called front desk to express my concerns about the room and asked if I can possibly book another room. Mike Perez was the front desk attendant who took care of me, he was awesome, kind and patient. Mike issued a courtesy upgrade to another room which I loved. It was my birthday weekend so he made it really special for me. Mike heard my concerns and took care of my request and was very helpful. Mike is a great staff member at Club Quarters. The rest of the staff was nice, pleasant and helpful. I would say that the hotel is a bit outdated in terms of their look, aesthetic and interior design (especially the rooms) but it was still comfortable. The building is a bit old but can’t beat the location. I did love that they have there own filtered water stations where guests can grab a bottle or refill their own, that was cool. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for sure.
