Today I went through the drive through to pick up dinner on the way home. I ordered the Wednesday 8PC Dark special a 3 PC Tender, after paying for my order I was instructed to pull to the side and wait. After about 10 minutes my order arrived and I proceeded to drive home. Imagine my surprise when I got home to discover that my 8PC was a 7PC and one of them was a wing. When I called I was told that they would replace the missing pieces the next time I come in but how does that feed my family tonight. Very poor customer service. In my opinion the cost savings is not worth the poor customer service.
My brother and I stopped here on our non-stop drive back to Houston from Terlingua. They were starting to close but the young lady behind the counter was very kind and friendly. We had a good meal and were on our way.
The chicken didn't have that much flavor but they should have told me I was going to have to wait about 25 minutes for ordering the chicken fried steak meal
Food is always good but orders are always wrong!! Ordered a family meal and an individual meal. Upsized my sides on the family meal and paid dearly. Then was charged for sides on my individual meal. Did not receive what I ordered on my individual meal nor did I receive any biscuits at all. When I asked about biscuits I was told I didn’t get them because I had upsized my sides (which I paid for). When I challenged it I was rudely given biscuits. Enjoy your food but check your order before you leave.
This chicken was made just like my mother's the chase was out of this world I'm from out of town I told my mom on of this place we're coming back we're coming back
