I got the online only quesadilla with beef which the meat was dry. Portion was ok but I do think it was slightly pricy for that one meal.

For this one I got pick up and it was a good experience. It actually really really quick which was surprising. It’s never ready that quick. We looked a little skimpier than I’m normally used to but that’s OK with me I wasn’t super hungry. All good. They gave me old rice and it was literally crispy and disgusting and there’s literally two pieces of meat in the spirit burrito which makes literally it so what a waste of money it was actually like $20 for this for me. Also sucks.

The dirtiest Chipotle. Staff with attitude, always. Like they are tire. Saw the manager take the temp of food without a cleaning thermometer. The door in this place is a hazard and has been for years. Tables dirty. Floors dirty. Soda station dirty. 3rd time is the charm. NEVER AGAIN.

Idk why there are (bay) leaves in my bowl?? The AC wasn’t working either and they had no forks only spoons.

Great portion and generally speedy services. Pickups aren't always smooth, though. Sometimes they make you wait a while even though your mobile order is within reach; they try to serve the walkin customers in line first and won't let you get the mobile order yourself in the meantime, probably for good reasons. But overall it's great!
