Charleys is a staple for me. Working in the airport if you forget to bring a lunch your options are limited with the pandemic. These guys operate as much as they can, they're always patient with customers, and do their best to help keep passengers upbeat and relaxed.

I travel back and forth between Columbus and Cincinnati fairly often and this is a great place to stop as it’s halfway and I can get out and stretch my legs and stuff. The food is amazing and everyone is really nice. The place is pretty clean, especially the restrooms!

I had the jalapeno spicy fries deal thing for $5 which included a drink. It was tasty but they skimped on the toppings and the toppings are pretty much the entire point. So if you order that make sure they make yours right and insist that they don't play you.
