Food was an hour past the ear by time, hot case and donuts empty. Employee was carrying a ball of dough out by the register out of the kitchen. Most of the drinks were half stocked and had to reach clear to the back to get drinks.

Normally I hate going in here because the customer service is awful but today there was a new girl who definitely deserves a pay raise. Her name was T and she was amazing. I won't be skipping by this gas station Everytime now because of the grumpy butts working inside.

Everyone is rude I order a pizza there and 30 minutes went to pick it up and it still wasn’t done this happened 2 times now at this same store every time I walk in they are sitting around and talking.

It’s a gas station, so I don’t expect much but some extremely basic customer service skills are needed by the employees. I ordered pizza, showed up, then waited forty minutes after the time I was told it would be done. The employees moved so slow and we so rude to not only me but every customer I watched during my 40 minute wait at the gas station. Why wait? No one was able to give me an accurate time frame to expect my pizza so I could leave and come back. I kept being told 10 minutes only if I asked and they treated me like I did something wrong by paying ahead and showing up at the right time. In short- I over payed for pizza with a side of sass from the employee while I wasted 40 minutes of my night. It wasn’t about the pizza- my review is entirely about the attitude of the employees while I waited.
