I don’t think I’ll ever want to come back here because of how poorly the MANAGER was to me and the people I was with. We had came in to obviously go see a movie, which we were very excited to see. We went up to the counter to purchase our tickets. One of the theaters was full, so we asked to see another theater for a different time. The seats we saw were all in different spots, and we of course wanted to sit together. One of the people I was with is handicapped and has a service dog. We asked if we could sit in the handicapped seats. He told us that those seats were for “actual handicapped people.” We told him that one of us was, where he then snapped at us to hurry up because there were people behind us. As someone who works with a lot of people, and have never rushed someone even if we were busy, I felt extremely angry to be treated this way. Be better.
Would not recommend going to this theater if you are handicapped and don’t require a wheel chair! The manager is down right RUDE, not only once but several times I’ve been there! Today topped it when I went to purchase tickets and was told all the seats were sold out! I saw they had handicapped seating (I also have a service dog) when I inquired about them he said I couldn’t purchase them because “he’s saving them for someone that’s ACTUALLY handicapped”. When I told him I was handicapped he would only let me purchase ONE seat and that the people that drove me were out of luck! When trying to decide what to do, he snapped at us and told us we had to HURRY up because there were people behind us! Despicable! So much for being ADA compliant!
Great service, comfortable seats, good prices, nice snack selection and a clean theater overall a very good experience!
Love this place! Usually do the matinee time and it's always smooth sailing. I pre-purchase tickets so I can pick my favorite seating and it's worth the extra small charge to buy online. The seats are comfortable and normally very clean. Popcorn is hot, fresh and nicely "buttered" if you ask for a half&half. I wish I could go to the movies more often!!
Friendly staff great atmosphere I take my children here on a regular basis it's such a great movie theater for such a small town great sound great seating
