A recording on DoorDash say the cook got approved by management to get me a free pizza coupon and I got instead a coupon for breadstic. A cashier/DoorDash worker went to management and say something and that how that turn out. Go figure???
Ordered a taco pizza at 8:30pm with my accumulated box tops for so it was free. Store systems were offline due to technical difficulties 9pm so the front door was locked. I call the next day to see if the manager can have my pizza remade that day but will not budge, instead electing to give me a free breadsticks. Terrible service and manager. Do NOT buy food here if you want a semblance of customer service in the event an accident occurs with your order.
The crew and manager at this location are very polite and exceptional!
A customer was being extremely rude and the cashier kept her composure. Very nice people!
This is the worst Casey's in town.
