Went in on 5-12-23 around 10:30-10:45am. I'm a friendly guy and will always show my manners. Very rarely will I ever leave an establishment without saying thank you or have a good day. Today was one of those rare days. The cashier was offended that there were two separate customers in line that took her away from filling the coffee makers. She saw us yet continued to ignore the fact we were waiting to pay. Never acknowledged us or said she would be with us shortly. She was simply irritated that we were there. She continued this for almost two minutes. She scanned my purchase, never told me the total amount due, never said a single word to me. My transaction was approved and she never said thank you or have a nice day. Just complete silence. I just turned and walked out the door without acknowledging her either. If working in customer service is that miserable for her then maybe her area supervisor or store manager should assist in finding adequate employment for her or terminating her employment. I've been in this Casey's on one other occasion and received the exact same treatment. Probably the same employee. Just a pathetic experience all together. I'm a Casey's regular in my hometown so I fully know that Webster City Casey's can do much better. I witness and experience better on a daily basis from my hometown Casey's employees.

Good Enough

The service here is almost always really really really really slow. Usually there only one register open and one cashier. Ninety percent of the cashiers are super unmotivated. So, if you think your just going to go in and out to quickly pick up one or two items, just realize that it might actually be faster to just go to the grocery store instead.

There's only about 2 actual good cashiers here and business is really slow no one seems to know what they are doing but items are kept decent.

Everybody's really friendly, and pretty knowledgeable. Getting grounds in the bottom of my coffee is an ongoing issue, but I enjoy going here when I have to hit a gas station/convenience store. 4 out of 5 stars

Londa made us a sub tonight and she was just DELIGHTFUL. She took extra care to make sure the veggies she was putting on our sub were nice and fresh. I would come back again just for her!
