My food is supposed to be here 15 minutes ago. I call the store and have sat on hold with music playing nonstop while my husband is driving to the store to see where our food is at. So far, I've sat on hold for 8 minutes and they dont answer the phone

One of the grossest Casey's locations I've been to. Toilet and whole bathroom for that matter obviously hasn't been cleaned in ages. Not only human waste covering many surfaces, general grime levels that only come from absolute neglect

Made my purchase and said, "Thank you." The cashier's reply was, "yep." It is customary for decent Americans to reply with, "you're welcome." I guess I wasn't welcome.

Closed 30 mins from any orders. Should just say closed a 9pm instead of 10pm.

It a pretty decent one. We stop there on our way through and it goes pretty well, service is fast for as long as the lines are, friendly staff and the store is clean. Always food in the warmers which is a plus as some of them just can’t keep up it seems. The parking lot is nice and it’s easy access of the highway. They have 3 grades of fuel, but they could use more gas pumps. I’ve had to wait a few times to fuel up and that sucks. The bathrooms on my visits have been clean and stocked so I hope you get the same.
