I frequent caseys, but tonight I am blown away by the help I was offered tonight. My vehicle wasn't starting before I could leave. An employee by the name of Nathaniel stopped his work and came out to help me start my car so I could get home. I am so thankful. I admire all the employees at this establishment. Everytime I go in, I have a humble interaction with the employees, not just a appreciated purchase. You can't pay a price on good relationships and great morals. Thank you! Also Nathaniel helped me on one of the coldest nights we've had.

We ordered a taco pizza and the pizza is supposed to come with lettuce, tomato, refied beans and salsa which it did not. All I got was sausage cheese and a couple of crumbs of Doritos. This is not the first but the second time this has happened to me. We try to call them to let them know they completely messed up the pizza but over 40 minutes of them not answering the phone is just too much.

Store was clean, the cashier told us everything we needed and where to find it without us even asking and even showed me how to use the flavor soda machine Thanks so much great servive

Manager Dorothy is the best! She knows all of the regular customers names and is super nice. Clean store with nice clean restrooms. Has 🍕, sub sandwiches (like the other sub shops), freshly made cookies and their doughnuts are awesome especially the raspberry flips lol! My choice for soft serve rather going into town.

Our pizza is normal good, tonight it was terrible. It wasn't cooked all the way, the toppings wasn't even warm. For 36.00 I expect it to be way better !! It will be a long time before we go back!!
