I ordered a family meal with a baked potato added to the order. I posted $3 for a potato with cheese. This is the hard as a rock cheese I got on my under cooked potato. It was completely inedible.

Food was good, except okra was fried too hard. But what made me wanted to dine in at 1:30 Saturday was the young lady the took my order. She was nice, polite, she also made eye contact and very professional and she also did a up sell...KUDO..to her. And this is something you don't see much in the restaurants today. I am also a manager at another large company and l look for that everyday I go.

Great Customer Service. The food is always fresh, hot & delicious. The restaurant was nice & clean. All CSR make you feel welcome. Thank You

Only thing worse than paying $4.19 for some funnel cake sticks, is that they left them out of your bag while in the drive thru. Then when you go back to try and claim the food you paid for they try say you need the receipt, why would I lie for some funnel cakes sticks?!?!

The lady and gentleman working at drive-thru window were just great - Very nice and polite. It goes downhill fast from there - The fish was okay, and the same for crabcakes, but the shrimp was HORRIBLE. It was overcooked, and tasted like it was possibly past it's "sale-date." Food-wise, worst experience ever at Captain D's, and I've enjoyed their food for over 40 years. I'll chalk this pick-up order as a "Fluke," compared with the countless times I've been happy with the franchise!
