Beautiful Scout camp - the whole island is accessible with a bicycle. There is plenty of parking at the camp, but hard to find parking around town. Take a bike and helmet. Drivers are very friendly and share the road. Plenty of cabs and Uber also available.
This is a Boy Scout facility. The public is permitted to walk the trails. It's adjacent to the State Forest, which also is worth the visit if you like such things.
100 acres in the heart of Nantucket dedicated to the scouts of Nantucket. Many visiting troops come here for a great summer camping experience every year.
Rugged Road is a great dirt road.
Participated in the Highland Games Scout Camporee and the campground was great and our Troop had an awesome time. The grounds were in good shape and the camp layout was easy to get around.
