Normally I dine in and eat and drink. This time I ordered my food from the BWW app and the food that is usually really good, was not. The bone-in wings were really hard and dry along with the boneless naked ones as well. I was very disappointed. However, one bad experience doesn’t make nor break the experience. The food is still unbelievably good, hot, and fresh. So, Thank you BWW for my food and experience. This doesn’t detour me from coming back…

Amazing staff, always super polite. Greg the manager always makes sure everything is perfect! I have went to several bdubs and this one is by far the best. If you are wanting a bite to eat and amazing service come to the Savoy location!!

2 hrs to get served. Not enough employees. Our waitress was great but we had to move ourselves to another table to get service. u two young gentlemen in our area just wouldn't acknowledge our presence. Very sad. Hostess guy was great. You really need to get rid of the rude lazy boys. I will not return to this place whatsoever

Super Bowl Sunday, it was extremely busy! I walk in to pick up a take out order I had placed online for pick up. Hostess girl named Mia was keeping everyone informed of the wait times. Handling with respect even after I personally had watched someone yell at her about the wait. She was yelling orders as they were coming out, taking orders, answering the phone, and seating the door! I ordered Traditional wings and Boneless as I waited 63 minutes Mia was so kind to me and others about the wait time and was very understanding to rude costumers! Food was hot and fresh with the wait i patiently waited! I will be back! That girl deserves some recognition though and the manager Hannah who found my order! -Sarah

Wow, I’m fuming right now. The server did not come to our table for 30 minutes until we asked a bus boy to fetch us a server. Then catastrophe struck. An hour and a half with no food or refills. We ask the server how long it will be and she says she will check. Then she tells us they are out of boneless wings. How? How does it take an hour and a half to realize this? If I starve to death, may my last words be, “Curse you Savoy Buffalo Wild Wings!”
