I understand we're all navigating through COVID together, but please make sure your staff is communicating. We were seated promptly but no additional contact was made for approximately 20 minutes. One of the waitstaff notified another table, recently seated, that she'd be right with them. She mentioned the same to us as an afterthought when she noticed our empty table. 5-10 minutes later she did return to start taking care of the table that was seated approximately 20 minutes after ours. We left without having received any service. Unfortunately, this is the second time in several years that I have attempted to dine at this location. Service was not provided either time and I have left twice without placing so much as a drink order.

Called at 545 for a take out order for my brother in law to pick up. Its 7 pm and we still do not have our food!! Charged us $75 though right away or i would have had him just walk out! The lady on the phone said 30 minutes. Unbelievable!

Horrible. We ordered and it took over 30 min to get food. I asked the staff if it would be much longer. The response "I don't know" as she walked away. When we finally got the food it was cold. Then I had to go to the bar to ask for the bill. I was told she needed to ring it out elsewhere. I watched her serve 4 tables before bringing my card and bill. Worst $45 meal.
