Budget Car Rental

This is specific to the Green Bay Airport location. I rented a car for business on the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. It was snowing there. They are charging me a $450 cleaning fee for the OUTSIDE of the car being dirty and some sand and salt on the driver side floorboard. I am a frequent business traveler. I have driven many rental cars through snowstorms with salty/snowy roads. I have never been assessed a cleaning fee, much less one that is so ridiculously high for an equally ridiculous reason. Cars are usually run through car wash upon return and about two minutes (if even) with a vacuum would resolve the floorboard issue. The photos attached are from Budget.

Not a helpful staff, receiving car late, not a clean car, car abnormal noise and pull to the left, not secure while driving.

The staff at the Green Bay Airport Budget counter were very friendly and professional. The rental vehicle was clean and well kept up. The staff completed the check out and check in very efficiently.

Price was reasonable given today's rates. Fairly convenient to get it at the Green Bay airport. No slots left to pull into when I returned it. I never got a receipt when I turned in the car... Even though I was told I would get a receipt as soon as they get the mileage off the car. I have no idea why the mileage was necessary. The car was fairly dirty. Not in the seating area but the windows. Wipers did not work very well

Got an electric car I didn't know about until I got to counter. Electric meter didn't estimate correct, I drove the last 30 miles with heat, radio and wipers off in the rain just to make it. Got charged a second day because I was late. Not to happy and I am a FastBreak customer.
