The process of getting blinds was seamless, from initial contact and scheduling with Budget Blinds through consultation, installation, and their own conscientious follow-up call. I wish everything in modern life was this easy! The person who came to measure our windows and present options explained them clearly and helpfully, without any pressure or upselling, which I really appreciated. I made the selection that suited us best and she explained the process and the timeline so we knew what to expect. When the blinds arrived 4 weeks later, Budget Blinds called to schedule the installation. The person who installed them did so quickly, capably, and without fuss. He informed us of a five-year warranty on everything.We received a friendly follow-up call from Budget Blinds to make sure we were pleased with our blinds. We found Budget Blinds to be responsive, reliable, courteous, and affordable--old time values that seem hard to come by these days! I highly recommend them.
