We stopped in on our lunch break and ordered a 12 inch & a 7 inch Philly steak and there was hardly ANY MEAT we literally had to push all the meat up just to have a kinda normal sandwich PLUS the meat was burnt OR it was the scrappings off the grill from old food. I wish I would have taken a picture before of the sandwich not just of all the left over bread we had. GO TO SUBWAY The restaurant itself isn't terrible tell u sit down & look around but the outlets are black and LOTS of tiny dead bugs in the windows seals, up the windows, food splattered all over the wall. I wont go into all the grease on vent hoods .....DEFINITELY NEEDS A GOOD CLEANING & management that cares.

This place was horrible! When we walked in the guy behind the counter was on his phone as we decided what we wanted to get. When we walked up to the counter, he swiftly turned around and left without saying a word. Someone else came out to take our order over a counter that was filthy. While we waited for our food, I went to the bathroom. I would’ve been better off finding a Porta potty somewhere. The smell was so bad I had to use a wad of toilet paper to cover my mouth and nose. When I went to wash my hands, there were no paper towels. When I came back out, one of the three employees was leaning on the order counter, looking at his phone. We got our food to go and live two minutes from the restaurant. When we opened the food, the fries were cold and soggy, and the meat in the sandwich was burnt and chard. Do yourself a favor and find some place else to eat.

Store looks nice at first glance until you take a seat and notice all the dead flies in the windows sills, and the grease stained walls..... food was slow to get done, there was only one other customer to get served before us. Wait time of 15 to 20 minutes. But the biggest disappointment was I had ordered a 12 in steak sandwich but only maybe 9 inches had any meat on it and the meat was burnt..... both ends of my sandwich had nothing in it ....

Went in yesterday. Food was a little overdone. However I came in today and The Supervisor Leo stepped up. He had my order remade to perfection. Wonderful service from him and his team. Not often do you find management that cares about its customers. Great Job Leo. Keep your chin up.

Home of the Bait and Switch. Menu prices don't match up to what you are charged, especially if ordering large sub with meal. Expect $5 more per sub. Manager not flexible even though menu is clearly wrong. Apparently the register is always right, not the customer. I wish there were more options in Medical Lake. I will be driving to Airway Heights from now on.
