This restaurant is amazing.. but the last time we went there they're tartar sauce was 100% mayonnaise and nothing else.. is it because mayonnaise is so cheap... Cuz if I wanted to dip my fries in mayonnaise I would just order mayonnaise and not tartar sauce!!! Maybe start making the mixture correct cuz you're the last zips who actually makes good tartar or used to!!

Would give zero stars if I could, ordered a double cheeseburger with ketchup only, the guy working goes "so you want a double hamburger?". I replied "that's not what I said". He rudely replied "yeah you did". I then went on to explain that I have been ordering cheese burgers that way for my entire life, and what it was, but was rudely cut off before I could get a word out, and told "go somewhere else!" So I did just that of course, and called to complain, and the manager answered the phone, heard my complaint, and just said "sorry?" and got real quiet. I said "so that's it?" After about 30 seconds of dead air, and she said "sorry" she was "in the freezer" so I hung up and will definitely never go there again. Worst experience at a fast food place I've ever had. Stay away.

The food is fine, no issues there. But if you plan on ordering be ready to wait 20 plus minutes. I have never ordered from this location and not had to wait resteraunt wait times. It's ridiculous. I watched 8 cars leave the drivethrough this morning. If the owner is reading this, you are loosing thousands a day due to these wait times.

Drive thru order taker regularly rushes customers through order taking, resulting in incorrect orders. Tonight I confirmed my order after making it via speaker and at the window. Received no sauce, and was charged for an extra combo meal. I would suggest that management coach the window on slowing down and not attempting to reenact the drive thru on “Dude Where’s My Car.” After literally anything you say, “is that it, is that it, is that it” this is after saying “I have a large order and I will let you know when I’m done ordering.” I’ve literally had a messed up order a few times from here, and always feel rushed by the drive thru worker with their constant interruptions. That’s why I started saying I would let them know when I was completed ordering. Food is okay if it’s made as ordered, the jalapeño ranch and fry sauces are both really good, thick shakes, good BLTs. Don’t suggest the crinkle fries. They’re either oil soaked, or perfect - no in between. The atmosphere is older, but always clean (bathrooms have always been clean too). The customer service is chaotic and inconsistent though - impacting the food.
