I used Blacked Out Taxi this weekend when I flew into Great Falls on my way to Canada. I found out the day before my flight that the car rental reservation I made was in the middle of Great Falls and not at the airport. I found Blacked Out online and they were fantastic! I was able to make appts with the taxi at the same time, for both going and coming back. The drivers were early, friendly, their vehicles were clean and comfortable, and the price was very reasonable, MUCH better than the $85 I was quoted by another company. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any travel that originates in Great Falls!!

My driver, Joe, was very polite and loaded my 2 bulky purchases efficiently and quickly. He was also very pleasant to visit with on the way. I don't get out much, so I really appreciate that. Thanks Joe, sincerely Katie.

They are great! When I call, I always ask how much it's gonna be and how long it's gonna be. Most of the time, they end up showing up earlier than expected, which is nice. Ninety eight percent of the drivers that i've had have always been really kind and are easy to talk to. I don't necessarily like sitting in silence. So it is nice to be able to chat with someone even if it's for a few moments.

Debbie was great! She really came through and tried to help me when I forgot my wallet. She was so nice and was helpful in calming me down. Jeri Lynn on dispatch was also wonderful in helping to coordinate the back and forth to the airport. Top notch customer service!
