Bi-Mart Membership Discount Stores

For over 30 years Bi-Mart has been my go to place for almost all of my household needs until yesterday, 3/3/24. My renter, came with me to help pick up items for our house and our yard, I asked about the TV's that were on sell. The one I wanted was sold-out and I asked for the display model. I also asked that it be wrapped for safe transport related to no box, which she said she would do. The TV was placed on a bench up front without extra protection. When we got to the checkout, Abdul, my renter, was told. by the checker, to take everything out of the cart and put it on the counter. I was asked if I needed bags and three bags were placed in front of me on the counter. I started bagging as he expected me to do then noticed one of my pots placed on the counter had gotten cracked. I was told to go get another one. I did advise him he could probably finish bagging because I assumed it was in his job description and I had to go get a pot. The customer service was the worst I have ever seen in a store I have loved in Springfield, until moving to Florence, for so many years. I can honestly say it brought me to tears. It's not a place I ever want to go back to again.

I'm from out of state,  and this was my first visit to a Bi-Mart.  I had no set expectations  but was surprised at the wide selection of items avaliable in a store with such a small footprint. Friendly helpful staff. We were able to find everything that we were looking for. The camping, sporting and RV sections of items was impressive.

I will never take my money to bi-mart again I can’t believe the lady that they have working there showing her face with there brand on it never have I been disrespected in the manner that I had been tonight went to get some paint was carded sure no problem it is cracked not broke but cracked and I’m currently waiting for new one to arrive she say I’m sorry I can’t take this it’s broke I said no it’s cracked but ok I will take my business and money else where she laughed at me said I doubt it. I looked at her said really cause I buy cigarettes all the time just fine. I don’t know if this lady is always this disrespectful or she is just being a Karen but lady ur like 50+ years old act like it specially at ur place of employment it makes you and the store look rather trashy and very unprofessional! Shame that store lost out on $100 today way to go KAREN!!!

Glad they finally got ammo back in stock again I felt like they weren’t ever gonna re stock them . Happy I can go there to get what I need rather then having to drive all the way to the valley

Great place to pick up odds and ends you forgot to pack on your outing, at a discount. Camping, fishing, outerwear, toiletries, snacks and just about everything else is here.
