We used Bethalto Party World, today for the first time, & they wouldn't honor the price they gave us over the phone. It was DOUBLE/ close to TRIPLE the price I was told it would be. Absolutely insane to charge $56.04 to fill 4 (28" balloons). I was quoted $3-$6 each balloon. I called for this information on 2/23/24 & spoke with a man. Needless to say, I'll be doing everything I can to AVOID going back. I understand having a set price sheet. However when someone calls & is given such a DRASTIC price difference, the store needs to make sure their employees are aware of prices or they take the time to look them up. The price given to the customer should be honored, especially when I was able to give the exact size range of balloons I was going to bring. Thank God I decided to only bring 4 balloons, instead of the 10 count I debated on. I sent my spouse to get the balloons filled, otherwise I would have walked out. This is absurd.
