I’ve had several issues here in the past, but the last issue falls to the top. After showing up to pick up prescriptions about a week after drop off I had to wait about 15-20 minutes while several staff scrambled to try to figure out what was going on. I would also like to mention that I had to announce what medications I needed aloud to the staff at least three times because they couldn’t remember. This was extremely uncomfortable, especially considering there were many other people in line. Ultimately, the prescriptions were found and the staff stated that they were not filled due to insurance matters because of the prescription date (I did have for a few weeks while moving across states); however, there wasn’t any courtesy given by a simple phone call to let me know. I spoke with the main pharmacist and he was to contact my doctor the following Monday to get updated prescriptions electronically. Needless to say, it is now the following Saturday and nothing still has been taken care of. No explanation was given, nor any apology offered. You should really work on your customer service skills, but most importantly work protecting your customer’s confidentiality and privacy. I will not be returning.

Been a customer there for 40yrs. I am done now. Terrible phone system. Had the most rude assistant on the phone today. Totally uncalled for when you send in a refill and it takes 2days to get it filled. When you call to see if it's ready they ask what time do you want it.

No drive thru. Dropped out of my prescription plan didn’t tell me. i went in to pickup refills and my copay had tripled from last time. Was told I hadn’t met deductible. Checked with my plan found real reason. They no longer are a participating pharmacy with my plan and are therefore out of my network. Maybe they didn't know but i feel they should have. Thats all for them.

Really nice people and they go above and beyond to get you your medication, but they take forever to fill your prescription and you always need to count your pills and make sure they give you the right medication. They are such kind and decent people but in my expierence there's been a lot of mistakes made

This Pharmacy has an awesome store with beautiful home decor - rustic/farmhouse, buffalo plaid, religious, holiday, patriotic styles. Also has jewelry, vera bradley bags, greeting cards, diabetic/orthotic shoes, & nice gift items. However, the pharmacy appears to be short staffed because there is always a line wrapped around the store, quite a long wait for medicines, & the staff are usually stressed out & frequently not very kind! Love the products in the store but the atmosphere is mostly uncomfortable.
