There is no zero star rating. Drove and hour and a half to watch a movie with friends and brought my well behaved kiddo with me and was denied service. They do not allow children 6 or younger after 6 in R rated movies. This is not clearly posted online. Staff refused to give me a corporate contact and smiled at me while telling me there was nothing they can do. I'm the parent. If my kid os disruptive you can ask me to leave but this BB theatres has no right to parent my child.
I'm giving this place 2 stars strictly because of the costs. I took my family to see a movie last Friday and ended up paying roughly 100 dollars for the 4 of us. I think its kind of ridiculous, refills or not, a drink and popcorn shouldn't costs $17. We are also part of the backstage loyalty program and I'm not sure what good that did. I will say that in the actual theater we viewed our movie in was clean, and service at the counter was good. Again, it's just too pricey in my opinion.
My recliner seat was fine but there were 4 of us and one didn't operate correctly and one didn't work at all
I want to give our movie theater 5 ⭐️s because the staff is really helpful nice and understanding. I had 2 movie tickets but I wasn’t going to make it on time so they helped me exchange the tickets for a day that worked out better. Thank you B&B theaters emporia!
Great little theater NEW, NEW, NEW & FANTASTIC!!!! Absolutely love the new B&B Theatre comfort all the way #1 can't wait to go again! I do recommend B&B for a great movie, comfortable chairs & a low price....
