Stayed at this location for 5 nights. Convenient location from the interstate. Easy access in and out of the property. Close to all things shopping and eating. Room air conditioning worked well, shower head had great pressure, toilet had great water pressure, the bathroom sink vanity was spacious. The room I booked was 2 queen beds and it was spacious enough for myself and my husband. The room had a coffee maker, fridge and microwave. We were able to get a 1st floor room not far from the front door. There was a spacious breakfast area with the common continental breakfast items - waffles, cereal, bread, muffins, yogurt, coffee, etc There was plenty of parking available. We were always able to park right near the front door at any given time.

I have been staying at the Baymont for about 3 years for business. June at the front desk is an amazing host. I have always had a nice quiet experience. The Baymont hotel has shown many and recent upgrades, paint, carpets, etc. If I'm in the Grand Rapids area, I definitely stay at Wyndham.

Edit to respond to the owner: like i mentioned on the phone to your employee before she started yelling at me, the $50 incidental charge was a separate charge on my statement and was already reversed. I was overcharged for the room, which was charged separately from the incidental fee. Horrible manager! Was overcharged for my stay and was immediately bothered when i called to ask why i was overcharged. Did not bother to help or rectify the situation even though i had a receipt from my stay and it clearly shows the overcharge. Look elsewhere!

Great experience. The staff is very accommodating, helpful and friendly. The property is very clean and well maintained. Good breakfast options. I highly recommend this hotel!

There were smears all over our mirrors, something spattered all over the wall. It appeared to be attempted to clean. It was a lot! The flours in the corner, especially by the baseboards, look like they are constantly skipped. The good? Service was fast,friendly, and staff very attentive.
