Arby's has downsized their portions including their drink and fry sizes (see picture) possibly to save money. The food tasted good. The service was good. The drive thru attendant laughed at me when I questioned whether the drink was a large or not.

3 stars because usually they are decent. Whoever was running the drive thru today 4/26 at about 1:15 pm was very bad. My receipt says Lee but I don’t think that was his name. He was not paying attention at all. I wanted a 3 piece chicken tenders large with curly fries and coke. I got a 5 piece with medium fries and coke and no sauce. I said everything when I ordered and even repeated things after he read them back wrong. There was only one other car in the drive thru at the time so there is no reason for it to have been that wrong.

I frequentthe drive thru at this location for a quick lunch. The workers are always polite and accommodating. Even when there is a drive thru line they are fast. The manager is usually working the drive thru in some capacity and is always very customer service oriented. I usually get a cold sandwich and fries. The crinkle fries come out hot everytime. I just can't say enough good things about this location. Keep up the great work!

After many years of coming to this Arby's, they've only messed up once and they were very sincere in apologizing and fixing my order. Also gave me a free meal for next time. Greg and the Woman manager are both awesome. Lovely counter lady, can't think of her name. Drive thru guys are always polite and efficient. This Arby's proves that the standard for fast food doesn't have to be sub par. I'd give 6 stars if I could. All the surrounding fast food could learn a thing or 2 as the services elsewhere is rough and food is never fresh across the street at wendys.
