Bring water bottles,sun screen, hats, snacks, get tickets online,and no open toed shoes park in the big lot and you can walk from there the map will take you past the entrance (only opens if it's packed to brim this side will be open) Friendly volunteers,it takes awhile to walk both areas so make a day of it there's a kids maze in the big garden area. Some benches to sit. Go have fun and look for the Sharks and the jellyfish my favorite.
We took our grandchildren to the Botanic Gardens during the Festival of Lights show they had and loved it. This last year they had twice as many light exhibits as the year before. All spectacular. The children especially loved the dinasaurs.
First time visiting the garden and I loved it. So calm, clean and beautiful. Buy tickets ahead, take your time walking around admiring the garden. Favorite spot was the Butterflies 🦋 couldn’t get enough of it. I recommend.
I tried to go see the aquarium while I was in town, my gps took me to a closed gate off of tingley. I stopped and parked, I saw a sign that read "don't leave personal items in your vehicle and report suspicious activity" I didn't stick around to find out where the aquarium was actually located after that. I'm sure it's nice wherever it is though. The pictures online looked pretty cool.
My family and I LOVE this place. Highly recommend. Lots of great interactive things to do. Even though the Aquarium is kinda small we always have a blast.
