The appetizer was a mess that should have told me to get up and go! I ordered the bourbon Swiss burger asked for it to be well done. It came out still bleeding. Was told that’s the 2nd raw burger they had served tonight. The breadsticks with the other meal was a true stick it was so hard! I’m done not ever going back! 2nd bad experience in less than a week at the same place! Pics attached it’s really a zero stars but won’t let me do that.
Their server just isn't nice, they may need to start over with her. But the food was hot and great the restroom was clean just need to refill on toilet paper. The drinks was on the money, made perfect.
It’s Applebee’s nothing to write home about. We got the blackened chicken alfredo. The dish tasted ok. This restaurant chain has really gone down hill tremendously. I was transferred to a call center to take my order which I did not like because I wanted to make sure that my order was correct, and accurate. I asked a customer service representative to transfer me to the store which by the way was not busy. People are underpaid and overworked. In today’s society I’m assuming you really can’t get a good meal if you have an angry, upset, unhappy employee. When you have well paid happy workers you receive better service and better food that’s just the way the world is. Sorry to say will not be returning to this location again.
The food was subpar tonight. We had the riblets. They didn’t have enough sauce and had an off taste. The waiter did bring us extra sauce it helped. The triple chocolate cake was delicious. Our waiter Steven W. Was fantastic he was extremely attentive and helpful. However the entire time we were there a waitress/bartender was hollering and using extremely foul language. She was sitting at the table where they roll up silverware. She was extremely disruptive and seemed to have an issue with one of the cooks and how he didn’t acknowledge her. She was rude and yelling back and forth across the restaurant to other staff members. I believe her name was azure or something of the sort couldn’t quite make out her name tag from table 13.
Haven't been in a while, today we decided to give them another chance after a bad experience from a previous visit. 1. Soon as we entered the restaurant, there was a customer and a server were about to get into fist fight, had to be separated and the cops were called. Not sure who started with who. 2. they were already short staffed, the only server they had was the one that was about to fight the customer. 3. Wait time was looooong. Took about 30 mins to get our drinks and another 45 to get our food. only 2 meals came out first then it was another 10 mins or so until the rest came out. 4. My wife and I ordered the steak with mashed potatoes. The steak was dry and cooked wrong. The mashed potatoes were so bad, we didn't eat it. Luckily the manager remade our food. Overall, the service was slow, the food wasn't worth the time we spent in there. This is the last time coming to this location
