The theater is OK. I can only compare it to Marcus, and though it's huge inside, it's met with bare hallways. No marketing material such as signs, giant cutouts, and other fun movie marketing material and takes away from the excitement of upcoming movies. So the thought of coming back soon doesn't stick in your memory. It just seems to be a movie theater that you have to walk through a mall to get to. They could do much better and work towards drawing in a better, higher class croud.
This place is kind of busted. The soda/Icee machines are offline (somehow all of them) and the only drink option is a 16oz bottle of soda for $7. On top of this insult the popcorn was cold. The theater is kind of rundown and it feels like there isn’t any attempt to make this better. You’re better off driving a little further to another venue.
Came to see a special event movie on a Thursday, bar was closed. No cheese for the pretzel bites. Everything sticky by the soda machines. Then the sound was horrible the first 40mins so someone went and said something so then they fixed it. Ruined the experience for us. When we left the mall was closed and we were locked inside so had a hard time finding our way out. Would have been nice to know where to go to get out! Not coming back, way nicer theaters out there.
Terrible buzzing noise in the background that was extremely annoying. All the other theaters are remodeling to give you comfortable, reclining seats with lots of legroom. Not AMC! There is not even enough room to cross your legs without lifting your foot over the chair in front of you. In the men's bathroom, there is a 2 inch gap in the wall between stalls so you have to watch the guy next to you. We will not be back.
So, the seats should have trays so you can eat. How are you supposed to eat a hamburger with nowhere to set it down? Like everywhere these days, no one wants to work. Waited a long time for food order, then they forgot the hamburger!! This was after we walked up 35 steps to get to our seats. Don't do the Imax of you are handicapped. I didn't see any elevator. I prefer Marcus movies theater. That's all.
