We were not told that our car would be a diesel. Did not have blue tooth nor plug in for modern phones. Air conditioner didn't work properly. Car had over 50k miles which bothered us. On our way to return the car at the airport, passenger side rear view mirror insert began to fall off. My wife rescued it before it fell off into the wind. When we checked it out, attendant quickly snatched the mirror and attached tape on the backside and slapped it back into place....she acted like she was doing us a favor by not reporting it. REALLY?! Cannot recommend this company as they do not disclose the type of vehicle you are getting and the cars are outdated.

The associate that should find a new job which does not involve customer service, is Abdul. Rude and unhelpful. NEVER AGAIN! When the scheduled pick up time is set (@11:00) it's only expected the car be ready or at least the car be present. The vehicle wasn't even in the lot, they did not have it in their possession. No upgrade no discount offered. Pretty much we are S.O.L. is what he implemented. There were more fees than what we saw online. Just a horrible experience. Cancelled and went to Hertz what a difference the two gentleman there helped us out, and reversed our headaches. what a way to start a family vacation

Check-out at the airport was smooth and professional. The car was new and in excellent condition. The check in process was fast, easy and the employee was friendly and helpful. 5 stars!

Excellent customer service and the friendliest staff at the Albuquerque Airport location. They even made recommendations for places to eat and things to do during our stay in Santa Fe. I chose Advantage because of the selection on minivans and the reasonable cost. I will definitely use them again.
