The store literally only rings people out. At a minimum you could have some good customer service when you get to the register.

ACKcetera has a lot of the same over the counter products that Island Pharmacy carried and a big selection of vitamins and supplements. They carry a little bit of everything and it’s always a convenient and nice place to shop. The staff is always helpful and nice! I highly recommend visiting ACKcetera for your over the counter products, supplements, gifts, makeup, greeting cards or anything else you might need!

IF YOU NEED A PRESCRIPTION!!! This is the wrong place. Prescriptions called into Island Pharmacy (which used to be here) are going to Cottage Pharmacy at 10 Vesper. ACKcetera is now a convenience store and does not fill prescriptions. Our dr insisted that the prescription went to Island Pharmacy at this address but we were finally able to track it down at Cottage Pharmacy across from the hospital.

Great location, product selection and customer service! Products range from everything you will find in a pharmacy over the counter to a wide range of natural supplements and vitamins, fitness equipment, small appliances and a robust makeup section. I have been a customer to the pharmacy state, that was there for 20 years, the transition to a health and wellness store has been seamless!

One of my most frequent shopping stops on Nantucket for me. I am sincerely impressed by the rich variety of products that I keep finding there for me and my family. Any healthy brand I am a fan of, any homeopatic or herbal remedy and all sorts of supplements as well as an abundance of cosmetic pamperlings and necessities are to be found there and that at an absolutely reasonable price and great and friendly service. Also, the place is full of great gift ideas for my friends birthdays… Lloove the fragranced epsom salts and what not…Thank you ACKcetera! 🙏🏼
