Couldn't be more grateful for their help. I got the wrong tape and with a short time before the closed, I was able to call them, explain what I needed.. they had it waiting for me when I arrived with 1 minute to spare. Thank you to the staff for their help

Very kind and helpful staff and good prices. I asked for help finding a drill in my budget and they helped me find one that was in budget and would last, I even got a larger set of bits than expected to get since they were on sale and it made sense for the price to get the big set

Needed help finding a certain type of screw, but didn't know the name or size. One of the workers helped me find exactly what I was looking for - despite my strange, disjointed description of the item. Two other items I needed were only available at Ace, none of their competitors carried the items that I needed.

My husband received coupons in the mail to use. We decided to use one of them today. It was a coupon that was to be scanned with my phone that opened my Ace app. The coupon was for $25 off $125. But my app wouldn't bring it up only a different coupon for $20 off $100. The app would never acknowledge or find the other reward coupon. Why send them to me if I can't use them. Aggravating to say the least.

Workers inside were helpful, however, I met this beautiful girl out by the flowers and landscaping stuff. She was rearranging the flowers and cleanng up. She is really young but takes her job seriously!
