The man who drove the taxi to pick me up (and my moms house is hard to find due to her address being wrong on maps and the like) he picked me up and drove me home which cost (a. Amount) and I had (b. Amount) and he was understanding and worked with me. We talked all the way and he was a very kind man.
First time with them. I was on the north west side and I saw one of the cabs . So I called. It was cool, almost immediately I was picked up and off back home. The fair was honest and the operator was polite. I've locked the number in my phone 😎
I was trying to help this man get a taxi. While I was trying to figure out the correct address the taxi service hung up on me because I took to long to answer if it was n,s,e or West....and when I tried calling back he refused to answer. I don't get it, this company was complaining and struggling when Uber came out and now when I try to support them they treat there guests like that. Well guess who got a ride home from Uber.
Terribly overpriced. You get charged for opening the door, for your suitcase, another person, and more. I paid $17+ for a 10 minute ride. This is why Uber and Lyft exist - taxis are price gougers.
Reserved a ride which was confirmed. They never showed. Tried calling multiple times but their voicemail isn't set up and despite receiving a text that they'd call me back they never did. If you need something reliable DON'T go with Albuquerque green can! I lost my job because they lied.
