Getting my oxygen and equipment was fine. They first made an agreement how much I would pay a month, then tried to say it wasn't so. They were supposed to pick the stuff back up in June. They rescheduled. Then they were told a time frame cause after that time no one would be home. I called again today to ask what happened for them picking up and was told that no one told them it was a time frame, except there was a note attached to my file telling them. They turned around saying that they don't do time frames and told me I have to miss a day of work cause they want someone to be home. I told them a day that would be perfect for them. Then they said if I wasn't home on the day they want to pick it up then I got to bring the stuff back. And I'm getting charged still even tho it's all their fault Update: Still hasn't picked up my medical equipment. This is getting way out of hand

using this company for 7 years. Going to start looking for a new at first. They were really good. When the prescriptions are due for the oxygen tanks, it's just awful. They call you all the time instead of calling the Doctor and I know it's my responsibility to and I let my Doctor know when the prescriptions are due but I've been on. That for 7 years, so I'm pretty sure my prescription aint gonna change. And they're mean rude very unprofessional. The delivery drivers for the oxygen. Portable are very good at their job and very nice and sweet.

I received a wheelchair the day after the order was sent to them. I've been waiting for HME for over 2 weeks. The chair was back ordered. But A and R had it in stock. I am planning to work with A and R Medical whenever possible. VERY professional, great customer service, and high quality product. Highly recommend. They have a store for those who prefer to try the item before buying.

Compression stockings not sized readily and not priced in their area. You have to stand in line to get service, as no one ventures from behind the counter, or makes eye contact if they do. 80$ for a pair of them is well overpriced. No wonder people shop online.

A&R Medical is quite good with oxygen supplies and would deserve at least 4 stars or more. They have been terrific! HOWEVER, the CPAP department is appallingly BAD and deserves less than zero stars. The respiratory therapist, Christopher, would not listen to me about where I live, and was obviously unhappy with my request for an SD card so ignored me until I insisted. From what I can tell he never even ordered the card 2 weeks ago when he said he would. The card is imperative for my results because of my location and he told me several times that I was wrong. My doctor also had the SD card in his orders so I guess Chris thought he knew better than the doc. I finally talked to my doc yesterday, ordered the card yesterday at 3pm, and have it right now. As for calling for help with problems with the system, my impression is that Chris doesn't care one bit or, more likely, he does not know the answers. This man has people's lives in his hands and that scares me. So, if Christopher, the only respiratory therapist, is still there, DO NOT GO TO A&R Medical for CPAP needs!
