It’s never open, got here at 8pm. Sign says 24hrs, now there is a sign for coming back in 20min, it’s been 30 to 35min and no one has showed up. If this place isn’t going to be 24hrs, just state it, and they even have the hotdog stand cleaned up 😂 (back in 20min) yeah right.
I've been to about 4 7/11's, and this is by far the worst one ever. The store wasn't the cleanest, and it was a little disorganized and oddly cluttered. They had a security guard there with a gun which insinuates that it isn't safe, but that wasn't the problem. The customer service was terrible. The cashier was dirty and unkempt, and when I tried to buy a 2 for a dollar jacked unloaded Doritos, or whatever it's called, the guy told another lady and she said "you can't sell what's not up there." To my knowledge, if you request a food item that isn't present, then they are supposed to make the food for you. I tried to use debit to buy a 99cent gulp drink since I was going to buy that along with the Doritos, but I was told there was a $2 minimum to use debit. At no other 7/11 was I told that as I've bought 99cent iced coffee's with debit all the time. I grabbed a bag of chips to buy with the lemonade and that item ended up being free and I paid 1.08 for my total, so in reality, there was no $2 minimum required. Just don't go to this one. Go to any 7/11 except for this one.
The clerk ignored us when we rang the doorbell to enter at 12:30 am. We wanted to buy water, but the store was not open as advertised.
It's unbelievably terrible service here! I just came in a few minutes ago. There were 4 customers in line, then a male worker came to the front desk and tried to help dealing with the checkouts. However, the female in the front desk just yelled at him and ordered him to go back and stay there!! After that she just left three customers behind for a while, and when she finally came back, she just said to us that how easily she could handle everything, and how meaningless to have another guy working here. Totally horrible experience!! I would never let anyone I know come to this store anymore!
This is was the most horrible experience I have ever had at this store. I have been a customer for well over 10 years and I have always been treated with utmost respect and courtesy until today 6/6/14. I went in to buy lottery tickets from a new cashier and I requested the drawing for the Powerball for 6/7/14. the cashier gave me tickets for the Megagame for 6/6/14. When I informed her that it was the incorrect game and tickets she became belligerent and tried to tell me that that's what I wanted, the problem was she was too busy talking and running her mouth to hear me. I know and I have talked with the managers of this store for years and it simply amazing me that they have this type of person working in their store. I can never recommend this store until this rude, ignorant and racist individual is no longer an employee of this store.
