Located at the corner of Camp Wisdom and 67, this 7-Eleven is a convenient store to get gas. Cashier was kind of nice but could have been more cordial. A love collecting my store points so I visit 7-Eleven frequently

Please Retrain Your Employees on Customer Service and The Guidelines of checking identification BEFORE Charging funds. I stopped by the 7 eleven on Camp Wisdom on my way home to grab tobacco products. I ALWAYS Take my License just in case I get carded. There was a representative whom wore the nametag "MOT". He charged me for my tobacco products and while he was giving me my tobacco, he notices my license in my hand and asks me "Do you want to show me your ID?" I replied no as he already charged me and was handing me my tobacco. He then snatches it back and advises that he isn't going to give me what I purchased without me showing him my ID with a smile on his face. I came from a long time of working on my anger, so I took a breath and showed him my license to prevent any confrontation. I then asked him did that make him feel better to do this? He replies YES.... My mother lives near here, but I will make it apparent to keep driving by because I will never step foot in this establishment again. This experience was a bad one and MOT should be retrained on 7 eleven's policy guidelines on how to check ID BEFORE Taking customers funds and then playing a childish game as such. Thought that you may want to know as a business operator, you're pm associate is shutting down you're business early despite the door and on line stating 24, also I thought you would like to know your # listed online is disconnected!

Morning I went to 7-11 this morning to get gas payed for it at the pump when I started to pump the gas the hose came apart from the gas pump while I was standing there and gas starter to spray all over the ground and my car none of the gas went inside my gas tank and the manager inside the store refused to give me back my money he stated because I did not pay inside the store. 8-01-2024.

Horrible customer service. Their bathroom locks you in and I was banging on the door and yelling to be let out. On 3/23/24 at 512 pm. The employee with glasses finally came and let me out with a horrible attitude and told me whatever when I was explaining no matter how you pull the handle it locks you in. Definitely a zero star if I could give one. There was urine everywhere including the walls.
