I use ztrip frequently at least once a week if you call a driver directly it works better their dispatch needs some major work i scheduled for a cab today at 4:30p.m. early this morning it was accepted but nobody showed up according to my text i was picked up but nobody was here. Please fix the dispatch this isn't the first time this has happened it happens often not just to me but other people as well the automated dispatch needs some work badly
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Scheduled a ride 3 hours in advance for an urgent appointment. Nobody showed up. I got a confirmation call about 1.5 hours before, which I confirmed the booking. Getting close to the latest time I would be able to still leave, I called multiple times to see what's going on. Just kept getting the message that they can't give a wait time cause they're still looking for a driver and that they'd put in another request for a driver. Ended up calling customer service and explained the situation, and they said I would be their top priority to get me a ride. I got a call about 10 minutes to confirm the ride, which I did again. Then got a call saying the driver is 13 minutes away. It's been over half an hour and no driver, no call no nothing. This is absolutely the worst service I've ever dealt with. I'd advise anyone in need of a cab to AVOID Z-TRIP AT ANY AND ALL COSTS. I've wasted a whole day with this service on the promise they'd deliver it on what they're supposed to be doing. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT CALL Z-TRIP. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST IN THE CAB SERVICE. I'm getting in touch with the BBB regarding this garbage of a cab service, because this is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. DO NOT CALL THEM IF YOU NEED A RIDE. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED TO GET YOU TO YOUR DESTINATION ON TIME IF AT All. EDIT: NOBODY SHOWED UP AT ALL, AND NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. WHEN I CALLED BACK AGAIN, IT ASKED ME IF I NEEDED A RIDE, SO MY ORIGINAL RIDE GOT CANCELED. STAY AWAY FROM Z-TRIP.
Aweful service, if you think booking a ride the night prior will help it won't. Waited for a call before my pickup time and when I never recieved a ride I had to call them. They didn't give an estimated time as to when I would be picked up, they only responded with "if there isn't a ride within 15-20 minutes please call again". By the time they called me to see if I still needed a ride I was already in an uber, an hour and a half past the time I requested a rude. Do not recommend if you need to be somewhere in a timely manner.
Poor customer service . I don't even want to leave one star. Ordered a ride 2 days ahead. On the day I scheduled for nobody showed up. I called company & was told the driver wasn't finished with prior client. They said they would send a different driver. An hour later no driver & no phone call. Spoke to dispatch & was told they would find someone. Another hour goes by still nothing & I specifically asked for call back regardless . I called office and huh my reservation was discarded because it was past 2 hours. I will never use this company nor recommend them to anyone.
Absolutely the worst place to work for I've ever been to and I'm 46 years old. They will cheat you. They will charge you or vehicle maintenance about the vehicle maintenance just to make you pay for it when you join with this company you will soon find out how much money they are willing to lie about and cheat into making you pay for you can replace the engine within two weeks, is that something you wanna do? I guarantee you will be replacing the brakes even though they use the cheapest Chinese quality and then assume it's American quality Forcing you to replace the brakes and it could be instant good luck with this company that takes away your civil rights good luck with this company that uses unprofessionalism and lies to cheat you out of your money
