I love Zaxby's and have always had a good experience at the Fayetteville, TN location. However, today I was not so lucky. I ordered a "three nibblers" meal, and not only did they not give me fries with it, it also looks like they just threw the food in the box. Maybe it's new staff, but c'mon...

The food was really good. I tried the shrimp good taste all the way around. A heck of a meal for under 10$. They have about the best sweet tea you can get at fast food restaurants. I could drink it all day. The lady who took my order did a great job she was nice and helpful. I got the senior discount every little bit helps.

Ordered a meal which i thought included boneless chicken tossed in BBQ sauce, fries, slaw and toast. I received boneless chicken with a dribble of sauce. No fries and a huge helping of slaw thrown into my to go box , with toast. The toast was the best part of this meal. Meal…. I was charged extra for the slaw, for the toast and for the fries that I didn’t receive. I am so done with this restaurant

I will never eat from here again I was supposed to have a extra sauce and fries because I changed the coleslaw to fries I will never eat here ever again if they can’t follow simple directions 🤦🏼‍♀️

Clean open atmosphere, with an upbeat cashier gave Zaxby's a chill hipster vibe but the food it's self wasn't up to standard by no means. Very disappointed with the quality and preparation it was a shame... My soft fry's didn't even melt the cheese 😤🙄🥺
