Zales
What people are saying
I’ll be honest, Zales as a company and their return policies are suck. I had the prettiest ring ordered online, and we had non-stop troubles with it. I’m giving this store a 5 because of Stephanie (the manager) helping us every time. She did quite literally everything in her power to fix every bump issue we ran into, and communicated well with us and everyone else in the process to get us where we needed to be. Despite our the issues we ran into with our rings, I’m just happy we were at a store where they genuinely cared
Update: the store did open up the next time I was there, and my rings are fine. The manager confirmed that personnel changes have been made, and they’re trying to turn the store around. She seemed to understand my feedback without throwing the previous team under the bus. She also confirmed that the store can’t open with less than 2 employees present, thus the unplanned closures. —————————————————————— This location is the worst. The staff is about the most incompetent crew I've ever dealt with. I WISH there was a way to get my rings serviced at another jeweler! Nearly every time I bring them in for inspection it's a whole debacle about me not having a warranty, the paperwork isn't correct, I don't need any paperwork, or just having to wait and be ignored for long amounts of time. Each time I have my paperwork in order, they can't seem to find my records "in the new system" so I have to get re-entered into the system, I've never been able to have a simple ring inspection completed in under 45 minutes. Last week I dropped off my rings for a repair and I received a call that they were ready for pickup. Today, we drove 90 minutes to the store, which was scheduled to open at noon according to a handwritten sign on the wall (the mall opens at 11). We waited around until 12:30 and there was no sign of anyone coming in to open the store. We left, called back several times throughout the day, and nobody answered. I'm going to have to take another half day off work, drive 90 minutes one way, and keep my fingers crossed. When we bought our wedding jewelry, there were several Zales stores nearby and over the years, all of them have closed. No wonder. Zales stores are just the worst. I'm hoping this location doesn't just close, and keep my rings lost in the abyss. I don't trust them.
Exceptional customer service.Had my ring inspected and cleaned. They were very helpful with my partners ring that had cracked they returned it and allowed us to swap it out and answered all our questions. Went above and beyond very thankful and we appreciate it.
Joey was a god send. He helped me select and purchase a crucifix and gold bracelet for my father to protect him in his sickness. My dad was terminally ill and has since passed but his kindness will be rewarded with my families business from this point forward. Good souls are hard to find and should always be recognized and revered.
We purchased platinum wedding bands 15 years ago , still love them ! I recently changed my ring setting , and had a great experience. Stephanie was so very helpful . The store has gone through some changes , and it shows ! Thank you !
