We called to be picked up at 6:30pm. The driver started calling us at 5:45. We explained we'd be outside in front of our hotel under the marquee at 6:30 which we were. He was no where to be found. We called and he was on the wrong side of the building. When we got in the taxi we were shocked to see a shower curtain was the partition between us and him. We asked if he could pick us up after our event and he said to call and he'd pick us up. We called and no answer. The message said the mailbox was not set up. We tried the main number for the taxi company again no answer. Thankfully some kind people gave us a ride back to our hotel.
I haven't used this company but there's no way I'd ever give them a chance. One of the drivers of this company was one of the most dangerous people I've encountered on the road. No use of turn signals. No checking mirrors to make sure no one is in their way. Speeding through school zones. Cutting people off. Jumping red lights so bad they almost RUN the light. Then he has the audacity to flip me off when I honk as he almost Clips my car while cutting me off with no signals or warning. If I could report the driver directly, I would. But clearly this company has enough issues there's not even a place to report dangerous drivers.
I have a mixed review about Your Way Taxi. Ordering a ride to pick me up at Lehigh Valley International Airport for a ride of about 45 miles was simple and efficient. My ride, unfortunately, was not smooth. The ride was very "jerky" and uncomfortable. It felt as though the driver was wiggling the steering wheel the whole way, and I arrived home with a bit of a sick stomach from the motion in the taxi. The price for the ride was fair, but I would prefer a more comfortable ride in the future.
Ran out of gas on 78. They sent driver out quickly and he came with a can already filled, saving the trip up and back highway. Very friendly and helpful service for a great price, I would definitely use this company again.
All the reviews given are true! First, my cab comes late, then I get into the vehicle and the driver says an inappropriate and rude remark. We proceed to my 1.7 mile destination and meter starts at 7.50!!! The driver goes the wrong way, making me even later! Total cost for 7 min, 1.7 mile trip 17.10 crazy!!!! Never again, not to forget he wanted to charge me 5.00 for my service dog to ride. I WOULDN'T GIVE ONE STAR!!!!!!!!!! But to post I had to
