Even though I confirmed my booking twice, nobody came to pick us up. I called several times after reaching my pick up location but no answer.
Whatever you do, don't rely on this company to pick you up !! Called 3 weeks ahead for a pick up reservation to the doctor, for a procedure that required a driver. I called to verify my pick up the day before, as directed, and "Purity" assured me they would see me then... I was assured they would pick me up at my hotel at 9:00am. At 9:15am the morning of my pick up, there was no answer at their phone, left 2 messages to call me for what was going on and them NOT SHOWING UP !!! Never got a reply back, nor did they ever show up at the hotel. I drove 4 hours to Waco for this out of town speciality doctor for my procedure. Paid gas money... Paid for 2 nights for my hotel. Paid money for my meals... My appointment for my procedure had to be cancelled due to regulations of not being able to drive after my procedure... More gas money paid to drive back home. Now, I've had to reschedule the doctor appointment, that means more money I should not of had to spend. All due to this very poor excuse of a cab company...
WORSE SERVICE EVER!! CALLED AT 9AM FOR A 11:45AM PICK UP, SO THAT MY SON CAN BE AT SCHOOL BY 12:15PM AND IT WAS PAST 12PM BEFORE THEY SHOWED UP!! TOO LATE!! AND NOW WON'T RETURN MY MONEY (PREPAID BY CREDIT CARD) SO NOW I WILL HAVE TO CALL MY CREDIT CARD FOR FRAUDULANT ACTIVITY!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! THEY SUCK!!!
They are great! The driver was there waiting at the airport when my flight landed. Friendly and reliable.
Should have known after seeing all of the 1 star reviews that this business was bad news, but I was desperate and went with them anyway. Scheduled a ride and they confirmed and said they’d be there in 45 minutes and never showed. Would not accept my calls. Exact same experience as everyone else here. Unbelievably unprofessional business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
