I have used many times out of necessity as I am disabled. Most drivers won't pull in my drive I have to walk to the road they say 15-20 mins it'll be hour or more. Each one charges their own price and only a couple are reasonable. I understand pick up fee and per mile fee I use to drive a cab but it should not vary depending on driver I'm calling DOT in the morning
rude and dishonest service. My husband needed a ride, so I called and gave a destination address. I asked how much it would cost, and she said it would be about twenty dollars. When my husband arrived at his destination, I received a text from their automated system saying that $18.57. So I thought she was right. But the driver asked my husband to pay $30 instead of $18.57. They didn't even have a meter. The distance he took by taxi was only 6.5 miles. So I called the office and asked the woman why the driver charge him $30. She yelled at me without trying to listen to me.
I hailed a cab at 2:25 PM from my house to downtown. it's now 5:10 PM. I've been waiting for 2:45 mins to take a 2 block ride. in my 53 years on earth I have not come across another company run so poorly. they'll nvr get another dime from me. Anyone out there wanna start a cab company? sure they'd be quite easy to put out of business.
Tired of having to wait a whole hour after calling for someone to show up. Sometimes 3 hours, and if you have an appointment or job to get to, forget about it. They charge inexcusable prices for the worst service in the country. I reccomend usung Uber or Lyft if you seriously need to get somewhere.
Called at noon said it qould be 10 to 30 minutes. Waited an hour and called back said he would call the driver amd let me know. 1/2 hr later no news. Called back said someone was on the way. Waited a half hour and no one. Called back and told the dispatcher I waited for 2 hrs and he said i had an attitude and hung up. This company is a joke
