Had an appointment last Saturday and ended up dealing with Spencer who was incredibly rude, curt, and overall unhelpful. He wouldn’t even answer some of my questions about what I needed to do to solve the issue with my account. I was in and out in 5 minutes with no answers, after driving an hour to get to this location. I made an appointment again for the following day and luckily this time I got to work with Chris M who was very kind, polite, and helpful. I would give Chris 5 stars and Spencer 0! Splitting the difference on this review with 3 stars because the woman at the front who was checking people in was also kind and welcoming. As a courteous and patient customer, I expect that same treatment be reciprocated. If my only interaction at this store had been with Spencer, I would have never returned.

Went in looking to open a new phone line my fiancé & I, and we did with the awesome help of Colleen. She was friendly and extremely helpful and even gave us some advice! I’m usually a shy person but I was having full on conversations with her as if I knew her for years ! Thank you Colleen if you see this :) you’re a rockstar 🤘🏼

Colleen was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable about products offered and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I was on crutches and she even went and took pictures of product prices so I didn't have to hobble around the store.

Roger (new guy) solved my problem with getting essential files to my new iPhone. His expertise with my old windows files and getting them on my phone turned my anxiety into pure joy. It wasn’t easy and he figured it out. He is a very valuable resource for the Xfinity team in Nashua, NH. Thanks for your help, Gen & Doug
